This tour offers the chance to spend half a day taking a cable car to the top of Indochina's highest peak, Fansipan mountain, to take in the panoramic forest views. Additionally, the full-day 10km trek from Lao Chai to Ta Van village offers ample time to soak in the atmosphere and scenery of Muong Hoa valley. Along the way, you'll pass through terraced rice fields, visit the Dzay people's Ta Van village, and learn about the customs and traditions of the local ethnic groups.

Itinerary Detail

Duration: 2 Days/1 nights

Location: Hanoi → Sapa→ Hanoi

Day 1: Hanoi - Sapa (lunch/dinner)

​

Morning:

​

06:00 – 6:30: The tour guide and driver will pick up you at the hotel then depart for Sapa. The journey will take 5 hours and will take short in between.  

​

  • Visit ancient stone beach with thousands of years and characters that Science has not yet been able to verify its meaning.

​

The tour guide will take you to have lunch then check-in hotel.

​

Afternoon:

​

  • Visit Muong Hoa Valley, known for its stunning terraced rice paddies of the Hmong, Dao, Giay ethnic minorities.

​

  • Stop at Muong Hoa Street and experience the slow pace life of the ethnic people in Lao Chai and Ta Van villages.

​

  • Visit Lao Chai, a chance learn the cultural beauty of this place beside admiring the stunning landscape.  Lao Chai is a small commune with more than 100 households of the black H’mong people. 

​

The tour guide will take you have dinner then return to hotel.​

You're leisure to explore Sapa in the evening

Day 2: Sapa  - Hanoi(Breakfast/lunch/-)​

Morning:

The tour guide and driver will pick up you at the hotel then to

  • Arrive at Fansipan Cable Car Station and guide you to the cabin to prepare for the journey to conquer Fansipan and admire the mountains. The cable car takes visitors to an altitude of 2,800m above the sea then continue to the top of the summit 3,143m – the “Roof of Indochina”.

​

 Afternoon:

​

  • Return to the hotel, check out and have lunch.

​​

  • Return to Hanoi. On the way, you once again admire the magical beauty of Northwestern Mountains.

​​
